Duplo Esper DM 230V Pro is a unique system that quickly and reliably collates printed advertising together within a wraparound cover, ready for distribution. Suitable also for decentralising and as a complement to a larger system for short runs. Instead of slow turnaround and sorting errors from hand collation of advertising materials such as leaflets, brochures and reply-paid postcards, offer 100% set integrity and an automated service with the Duplo Esper DM 230V Pro. The engineering of the collator ensures accurate feeding and delivery of sets time after time.
Designed to deliver continuous automatic in-line labelling, stacking and banding of unaddressed mail sets, ready for distribution to households. Simple to use, it is run from a simple and centrally located PC by just 1-3 operators.

Operated from a centrally located PC, the automatic in-line labelling, stacking and banding of unaddressed mail sets delivers up to 30% higher productivity, and can be run by just one operator. Pre-printed stack labels can be fed from a selected bin which enables additional non-Duplo banding units to be connected on-line. Completed stacks of collated sets can be automatically banded and delivered back to the operator without any manual intervention, ready for distribution.

The Duplo DM Mini Collation System can handle a wide variety of documents with or without a wraparound. By using the wraparound cover station, sets are loosely held together and clearly separated for ease of distribution. Continuous uninterrupted production & 100% set integrity can be achieved by automatically detecting and diverting any incorrect sets into the built-in reject tray. Additionally, ultrasonic double detection is used, so that personalised documents or invoices can be fed error-free.
