Duplo DC-618 Multipurposes Slitter Cutter Creaser
The fully automated Duplo DC-618 Slitter Cutter Creaser is Duplo’s compact yet powerful all-in-one finishing solution designed for today’s digital printer. With the ability to process up to 6 slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases in one pass, the Duplo DC-618 delivers full-bleed applications up to 23 sheets per minute without the white borders and toner cracking for a clean finish. Produce an array of on demand applications with ease including 24-up business cards, gate-fold invitations, direct mailers, brochures, book covers, and so much more.
User Friendly PC Controller
Using the Windows PC user interface, even the most inexperienced operators can program jobs with ease, make quick adjustments and save an unlimited number of jobs onto the hard drive for instant changeover. Jobs can be reviewed and edited even while the Duplo DC-618 is running, further reducing operator set up time and increasing efficiency. Alternatively, operators can use the colour LCD control panel for set up and use it to save up to 250 jobs onto the built-in memory.
Automated Precision: CCD Scanner
The built in CCD scanner, a powerful tool in Duplo’s range of Slitter Cutter Creasers can be used to recall any job stored in the memory simply be reading the printed barcode and perform changeovers automatically. It also acts as a sensor to detect the top and side cutting mark and make necessary micro adjustment on each sheets to compensate the image shift during print
Quick Switch Over
With its multifunctional capability, automatic set-up and ease of use, the Duplo DC-618 produce jobs quickly and switch jobs with fewer machines & fewer operators. Press and print operator can keep the printer running while also reducing bottlenecks in finishing, ensuring higher productive and more profitable
